Sparred with Pat, a trainer new to me. I stayed in the yellow most of the time. When my HR went up to 105%, during round 2, I stopped for about 10 sec. to get it back down.

Workout with my trainer. I'm doing better on the balance stuff. Pulled the sled forward and backwards.

Because it is Monday, we had a CHOW--3 alternating uppercuts plus a hook.
I did 126, and my arms felt like jello. Round 9, the core station, was tough. Ab tucks and Russian twists on a balance thing, then plank supermans and plank jacks. Ten of each, repeating for three minutes. Wow!
