Stayed asleep the whole way, was an absolute shuffle. zzzz. Relieved I now have two days off work !!! :)

Mobility etc
Jumps: box up and downs, skater and SL hop march.
Strength (3 sets of) : BW lunge 30kg + 8 6kg MB slams
8+8 step ups + 8+8 hip thrusts on BOSU with 12.5kg
10 OH press 12.5kg and 6 BW burpees.
Core: BOSU army plank, side plank crunch and bicycles
