Note

Managed to wangle tomorrow off work as I'm on day 5 out of 8 and theres no way I can work 8 in a row........zzzz.

running 44:30 [3] 7.88 km (5:39 / km) +200m 5:01 / km

6-4-2-4-4x1-2-4-6 (2mins and 1 min between 1s), tempo effort on Loughrigg
Only at the second 4 minutes was it beginning to get light, made things very interesting- I need a better headtorch if I'm going to get through this winter..Felt weirdly good and enjoyed it too much for a pre-breakfast, hilly session (first one in a very long while...), in the dark and wet !!

Up and a rushed down because again I was a bit late to get ready for work......
