AAC 7x 1.5min hill up Nook lane (starting at the house, finishing by or slightly further than the green bin), 3 min recovery.. Very much had to remind myself to keep moving the whole session. Was meant to be 10 but with Carnethy at the weekend and feeling mehhh 7 was enough!
