Circuit gym was all bouncy movey stuff so did a good 45 mins of prehab things (calf raises, bosu, Sl squats, hamstring curls)
Then 3x12 backwards lunge 20kg- knee not loving this////
3x6 jump chins (SoOoO hard), 10 MB slams inbetween
3 sets of 10 pushpull plank, 16 landmines, 8 medball pushups
FLR plank 30seconds each x2

Gladhouse loop (52km, 572m). V tired, tempted to run a course but achilles a bit sore from ceilidhing #priorities (it's still inflamed)
Pulling out of BUCS x country because even if this goes away I don't feel fit enough to race confidently:( will see how next week goes, hope to be running a bit by the end of the week
