Circuit gym was all bouncy movey stuff so did a good 45 mins of prehab things (calf raises, bosu, Sl squats, hamstring curls)
Then 3x12 backwards lunge 20kg- knee not loving this////
3x6 jump chins (SoOoO hard), 10 MB slams inbetween
3 sets of 10 pushpull plank, 16 landmines, 8 medball pushups
FLR plank 30seconds each x2
