Basically as thought. Both Achilles/peronial still slightly inflamed- given exercises to strengthen but it basically a waiting game. Reallyyyyyy hope I'll be okay for BUCs:(((((
Also given knee exercises
She told me to make another apt but I cant afford it and tbh I just gotta be patient..
Injury is really getting me down though, keep breaking out into tears everywhere lol

Hurdle step overs, some knee stuff whilst the others did all the jumpy work, 3x5 back squat (40kg)- struggled even with this weight, 3 sets of 10 DB OH press, 20 landmines, 10 MB slam, 10 pushdown abs, 10 push pull abs, 10 crunches
Not feeling overly positive at all today..........

Circuit gym was all bouncy movey stuff so did a good 45 mins of prehab things (calf raises, bosu, Sl squats, hamstring curls)
Then 3x12 backwards lunge 20kg- knee not loving this////
3x6 jump chins (SoOoO hard), 10 MB slams inbetween
3 sets of 10 pushpull plank, 16 landmines, 8 medball pushups
FLR plank 30seconds each x2
