Hurdle step overs, some knee stuff whilst the others did all the jumpy work, 3x5 back squat (40kg)- struggled even with this weight, 3 sets of 10 DB OH press, 20 landmines, 10 MB slam, 10 pushdown abs, 10 push pull abs, 10 crunches
