Innerleithan pass loop with some getting lost distance with Fras. Absolutely died near the top of the pass and also by the bypass on the way back, some food worked wonders though. Super sunny :))))))

Usual stuff, but instead of heavy back squat I did 4x10 deep squat with only 5kg for mobility of knee. No jumping either

Faffy to 2, 4, 5, 6, wrong route to 8 (why did I go round??!!), 12 I was faffing below the control (obvious when the tree is on top of the hill??!!!), came into 13 from below lolllllllll, from 15-16 I jarred my dodge knee and cried a little bit, took me a while to get back into it and slowed through the next through controls to the finish.
Fafffffffffffff, need to get rid of the middle mental block

Whitby Sprint
Was practas last out of all the W18/20s to no.1 oops (21st/28)- I blame the shite weather and really shite start setup, I just had no idea what was going on and so head was everywhere!!!! Hard to say how much was wasted as everyone fluffed it, but I fluffed it the most.. Then really cautious round the loop, ran up the wrong road to 9 wasting 10s, and then not believing my dibber worked on the last control before the run-in so dibbing it about 5 times ~5s.
Didn't enjoy the planning at all

Planned my own course on the mile
Starting in Grassmarket, straight up the stairs to get into oxygen debt before 24 controls down the mile, using all the wee alleyways- not bad if I say so myself!
Went down the wrong one at 6, possibly the wrong route to 10, hesitation at 16, wrong route to 18 possibly. Having to really concentrate the whole way, successful 85% of the time........
