(injured) (rest day)

Went to cheese and I think somebody stood on my foot- I was then in excruciating pain (and still am) similar to what it felt like when I first did it in Switzerland - can't walk or put weight on it at all
Don't really know what to do, really thought I was nearly there. I'm luckily seeing a physio tomorrow. Don't think this foot issue will ever go away????....:((((((((((((((((((((


Went to the hospital- I have an actual fracture (and it has been there for a while and is not healing). Referred to the orthopaedics

Told to go into the fast lane by the lifeguard as I was beasting it. Had Rona for support for a bit. Did 2x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 efforts. Pool was v busy

Went out for an hour and did 25k/365m ascent (gentle uphill the whole way) to almost W.Linton. Turned back and then did a loop of the seat to make it to 2h. Was fun:)

Was going to go swimming after lectures (in the same building, no excuse!) but went for lunch with pals instead. I will start swimming at some point.. Will do some stretching and rolling this eve
