Note

Positive appt with Dr.Murray. Living only in the pool for the next 3 weeks at least, completely offloading the foot with min. walking etc (always wear boot). Getting bloods done to see if calcium/vit.D deficient and generally need to sort my diet out... Will make an appt for 3 weeks time.
