Newbury pool (mum was o'ing nearby)
Started with 10mins AJ but soon the pool became too busy so just swam 2.5k

Snuck into the gym..a wee circuit, 3 sets of 20 shoulder raises, 20 biceps curls, 20 OH press, 30 russian twists, 20 toe touches, 20 leg raises, 16 vsits, 15 back extensors, 30 bicycles and 10 rollouts
Then did 3x10 on leg press machine which was fine on foot so will do this in edi

Thoracic mobility, scorpion an crosses, hamstring exercises, clamshells with band
3x5 jump chins (one foot pushoff obv)
2x 10 suspended TRX lunges each leg
3x8 bench press 7kg
3x10 OH press 12.5kg

The 2 sets of the following:
5 TRX pushups (so hard!!), 30 TRX mountain climber,10 TRX up down plank,30s TRX side plank pulse each side, 20 russian twists, 16 upright row 5kg, 20 v-sits, 30s back flutter kicks, 20 f/s shoulder raise, 10 rollouts, 20 toe touches, 10 side crunch each side

A good starting point, will see if I hurt tomorrow. Want to try and find more leg stuff I can do.....
