PiYo with some EUOC gals:). Really want this kind of thing to happen once a week even when I am training properly. I think PiYo was a bit tough for the state of my foot (a lot of weight through the foot and lower limb stuff)- might try something more chilled n stretchy next week
Cycle to/from uni, walk to/from central. Walking feeling more normal (if sore). Woke up with serious DOMS again, esp right calf

Day off CV. Met James for functional testing, identifying what I need to work on. Didn't do calf raises- hopefully to progress to (nervy about putting full weight through foot)
Update: X-ray shows healing! Not there yet but he's happy with progress and is where it should be! Im allowed to wear normal shoes (AAAAAH) and start cross training again!!! Next appt 27th March, where hopefully I'll be given the all clear for running !!!!!!! So happy #comeback

Going to start logging training again (CV starts tomorrow!), along with rehab, and also how much walking/commuting cycling I do Cycled to and from tesco today (5mins)...!!!
