PiYo. Same instructor as Friday as normal Wednesday one wasnt there, but she slowed it down a bit so wasnt as bad. Will deffo go next week again where hopefully its body balance

Asked to do Interland (from a reserve reserve reserve probs) but still sad to turn it down- they must be despo !
