PiYo. Same instructor as Friday as normal Wednesday one wasnt there, but she slowed it down a bit so wasnt as bad. Will deffo go next week again where hopefully its body balance

8x2.30/30 managed, wasn't intending to do a session but was good! Fun times:)

Nice wee session, died! Was so good to get HR up to a v high level:) 10x90s, 1min off to ease things in. Had to rush off for uni so not really a proper cooldown
