Trying out the recommended Virtual RPM class. Was actually so much fun- first time I've really done a session on the bike and was able to work the whole way. Will do again
Have treated myself to a fancy new Polar HR-watch seeing as I'll be cross-training a lot (its also waterproof so I can use it aquajogging!!), which shows some pretty fancy graphs and data

Foot sore this morn. Feeling a bit down about it as I really thought it was okay, why can't it just heaaaaaal. 2 weeks till my next X-ray so going to be super duper careful, even if that means having to remove myself from temptation :( #soclosebutyetsofar
