Helderberg Mountain with Tim
Super super super buzzing to finally get up a mountain here in SA, and the first time I've done anything like this for 11 months aaaah yay, was so exciting. The big rocks meant I couldnt run up the hill very well once we got off the tracks and then me being a woss meant I couldnt really run down the hill but was fantastic
Think this distance was perfect rn but hopefully can build on it for some more runs- no problems with the legs but will take a few days off running now just in case.

Route 44 park run. Lovely hilly trail route around a vineyard with some fab views of the mountains! Just went at a comfortable pace and didn't look at my watch until the last km and was so shocked regarding the pace I was on and the fact I felt like I was jogging .. X-training works!..
Should try race a fast flat one at some point but scared about running fast

Out and back from MCC with Melbokks AC, ran with a guy called Days. Think it's meant to be a time trial kind of thing but just took it v easy. Out along the beach with the most gorgeous sunset but ofc I didn't have my phone to take pictures!
