Finallyyyyy :))))!!!! Up India Venster (which was super cool, mostly walking with some climbing) and back down Platteklip (so many steps, instant DOMS...). Dying near the end, but abso LOVED it yay!!! <3333

Rondebosch Common Parkrun
Needed to prove to myself that I am not unfit, and this course is a super fast, two lap pavement route round the park with super views of the mountain. So cold, should have worn gloves! Had a group which I just stuck too, didn't feel too taxing!

Have just over 2 weeks off- can finally get up some mountains!!! So excited #wherearethemountainsat

Started with Attiyah from Newberry School who showed me the trails, then went off after about 20 minutes and got as high up as I could before having to come back down again. Dodge knee being very dodge, need to get some range of motion back into it.........

Very rough estimate as watch not locating (managed to figure out how to fix it now after)..Stuck at SAO all day whilst waiting for a lift to Somerset West so had to find a session from there.

7min around the grounds, then about 8 min o'ing on an old course, then went out to the river and ran back and forth along the pathway where I did 6 x 2 min (1 min floating), 10 min ish down
First attempt at a half interval session (only did because I would not have stayed sane along that path..). Feeling very very unfit n left side still soooo tight, but progress is progress I guess
