From the car park and along Pipe Track, up to some dams and along the ridge until coming down Konstantia (?) (I hate downhill so much ew). Not too taxing at all, feet feel tired now though

Finally got up Lions Head with JULIE (AHHHH), Tim and Jono. Found Wallys Cave and to to the top before sunset. A bit like a hectic Arthur's Seat! <3

Taking it easy but trying to get the blood flowing. Felt fine till I tried to move in any direction haha! Also had a physio session to release left calf/hamstring/itb which has been an issue for about 2 weeks, feels soooo much better (she was really good and only about 20 quid for an hour!)

Finallyyyyy :))))!!!! Up India Venster (which was super cool, mostly walking with some climbing) and back down Platteklip (so many steps, instant DOMS...). Dying near the end, but abso LOVED it yay!!! <3333

Rondebosch Common Parkrun
Needed to prove to myself that I am not unfit, and this course is a super fast, two lap pavement route round the park with super views of the mountain. So cold, should have worn gloves! Had a group which I just stuck too, didn't feel too taxing!
