Some prehab stuff

Have gone on a whim and entered a gazillion races in September whilst I have some kind of form from nowhere and feeling a little stressed that my body won't hold up (knowing me). Fingers n toes and everything crossed!!!... (scottish trail championships, stirling 10k + mamores vertical km)

Spur Trail no3 in Paarl
Lovely first 3k or so up to Paarl rocks (walked up the steps..) and then the rest was pretty much an undulating unpaved road which wasnt really fun (but great views!). Very lonely but just tried to keep pushing the whole way. I was 5th overall, 1st lady by 12 minutes and broke the female record by 5...?! Getting some good airtime coverage and lots of vouchers so not complaining!
Going to take a rest day tomorrow so I can actually recover unlike last time..
