Scottish Trail Racing Championships
A very undulating course with some long gradual climbs. Literally just felt like death the whole way, with lead weights in my shoes, and it was grim ngl. Catching Leutch up from about 6km though (he beat me by one step...) and pushed to drop some ladies at this some points, but was definitely type 2 fun!

5th female behind Fanni (39.23), Charlotte Morgan (40.08), Katie White and Halina Rees.

A decent warm-up getting to the start. After I'd finished it took a good 10 min sit down before I could do anything, and warm down was an absolute shuffle back to the hall- left side completely seized up and was actually quite painful in hip/knee :((((. Literally no idea what more I can do to sort it out- I've been doing at least 1 hour stretching/rolling a day and lots of specific single leg conditioning but it only has seem to have got worse. Not going to the mountains this week as planned because of this :(((((((

Abingdon Urban, WO 6km
Little bit too buzzing for this haha, picked up the map and saw a long leg to number 1 so picked a route and just kept running and overshot completely haha (over 1 min). Wrong routes to 7 and 11, and number 22 I thought the gate in the park was locked so ran 3 sides round the play park (+1 min). Was fun :)

Had to WD barefoot- painful blisters from where my shoes have worn down at the ankle, definitely time to get a new pair
