Come to the conclusion that I have a hip strain or something, not too bad but not really comfortable running (although weirdly fine AJ/XT). Probably due to the fact that I don't do any running training and so legs not used to true running movement, and then go to kill myself in races (and I do have a very big stride for my height). Funny how not running enough does more harm than good. Icing and seeing physio on Monday anyway. Fingers+toes+everything crossed it'll feel okay by next weekend !!!!!
