Felt the need to get anger out so completely patched Felly to do a session. First time I've done an interval session of any form in months....

Possibly the only middle race I've actually enjoyed! 2nd starter so just me and the forest and the nettles (and after making sure I had the right map..).
Just bumbled round with little confidence and tried to make sure I actually knew what was going on. Mistakes at #4 where I was too left and too low, 16 where I went through some lovely green stuff too far right and 18 where I went to the open depression.
Did not feel tired at all when I finished!

Heat 1 British Sprints, Springfield
Wasted some time at #4, the SI box wasn't on the control stake but on the playpark so thought it wasn't there, ran over to a marshal who told me where it was. Very easy nav, felt shite running fast!

Didn't realise that I was on a different course number from this morning so picked up the wrong map at the start. Very similar controls, 2 different ones (very close to the ones I should have got) and then an extra 2 controls round the lake on the other side (+1minute) (no I wasn't looking at descriptions..)! Also take off time for not having SI air, think I would have been mixing with the top girls, but very happy to be a punter/actually competing/feeling good racing hard twice in a day!!!
