Scottish Unis X Country, Glasgow Sports Complex, 2nd!!!
V weird first loop of the rugby pitches prancing around and then found myself in first for the first lap (?!). Laura on my back the whole way, and on the second lap she got away a little on the muddy bit next to the stream and then fully out of catch on the muddy hill, I just couldnt put any power down on these bits because of my shite shoes (wearing old inov8s for obvious reasons). Think she would have had me whatever anyway, but SO EXCITED for Edi in Jan WOOP
Foot feeling so much better in old inov8s with my insoles in, and no worse feeling now- touch wood it is just a nerve issue from the new shoes. Going to spend most of next week in the pool as precautionary (yay) and see how it goes... Have no idea what I can do about this shoe situation though cos I cannot wear my old inov8s forever.....

So cold and dark when I left, just about had enough layers on (2 thermals, a jacket, 3 pairs of socks and 2 pairs of gloves), but serious edi appreciation once the sun came out <3333333
Foot still being annoying. I've self-diagnosed myself with Mortons Neuroma lol, due to new shoes at the weekend. Going to run still tomorrow (in old inov8s), then if needs must take a few weeks off and pray its not anything more serious !.....

Ended up in the perf. gym (#tb) due to a class being in the circuit gym.
Not running because l.foot feeling slightly weird, and any odd feeling I have I aint running on. Think it may be due to new inov8s all weekend? Cry.
Went straight to pizza though so :-)
