'late night' last night = v tired and not much motivation, but fun when there as had Dan and Rhiannon for company :)
Not jinxing it, but foot feels so much better than a few days ago. If it continues feeling okay will be back on the xtrainer this week and take it from there

Xray + physio. Physio thinks its tendinitis- guess we shall find out if I'm still in pain over the next week..

Note

Went to the Dr yest, she looked at my foot a little and my history and put me straight in for an xray on Friday (pointless because nothing will show anyway), and bloods taken today.
I'm definitely not in much pain, but neither was I at the start of the last one. I still hope its nothing serious but if it is, then hopefully I have caught it early enough. Very unsure whether I should be a super hypochondriac and act like it is a sf (i.e. complete immobilization) or see how it goes. I just really dont want to make anything worse and end up with what happened last year!....
