Post-brekkie as thats the only way I can do a session, managed the full jerker. The last week or so my light-headedness/feelings of fainting are getting worse, despite eating the most carbs I ever have done in my life. Have had about 4 episodes today where I've felt faint, including just before this, but went within 5 mins of being in the pool.
