Note

2ns xray clear. I still think its a bone injury though. 8 weeks offloading and still sore, a little bit fed up considering i didnt think this was going to be a big injury. May start doing some landbased xtraining and see how it feels (im becoming lazy and wearing the boot less and less too). Who knows, I dont know what I should/shouldnt be doing anymore........

Post-brekkie as thats the only way I can do a session, managed the full jerker. The last week or so my light-headedness/feelings of fainting are getting worse, despite eating the most carbs I ever have done in my life. Have had about 4 episodes today where I've felt faint, including just before this, but went within 5 mins of being in the pool.
