Foot feeling okay after rolling and massage. Not going to run till Tuesday to be safe, then all looks good to smash the B race at BUCS next weekend..

Aimed to do 45kg BS this week, but my last set was 47.5 (BW!!) (convinced into doing 3 only, but managed 5!!!). OH press one set @ 20kg, then dropped to 17.5. HT @ 25kg.
