Note

Saw Kenny at SPACE today. So used to not being a constant crip that I didn't actually realise that its now been 3.5 weeks since I last run....
Due to the fact that foot issue has come back, and the symptoms I explained (tingly toes, feels like I'm walking on a rock at the ball of my foot and the fact I've not done enough mileage for a sf) means he's pretty sure its a neuroma...(extract from 1st November: "Foot still being annoying. I've self-diagnosed myself with Mortons Neuroma lol, due to new shoes at the weekend"). Gait has changed as I'm avoiding outside of foot so causing tightness in other areas.
Some pretty painful acupuncture, toe separators and a pad under the ball of the foot. Think I may look into getting a steroid injection.

New sesh thanks to the students, and in good time was getting bored of the old one!! WU exercises, then main session was
3x5 BS (47.5 47.5, 50(!!!!!!!!!!)) :DDDDDDDD! the second squat in the set was the hardest but managed it YAYYY:). Then 3x3 vertical jumps- they were recording numbers so was a bit faffy and time consuming, I did 3 sets of box jumps and 2 sets of the vertical jumps because faff (21ish lol).
3x5 jump chin ups, then bailed to 3x8 body row- project pullup is on. Then 3 broad jumps (5.46m)
3x5+5 DB Bulgarian squats (5kg each), 20 MB slams.
3 sets of [8+8 plank row (7kg), 4+4 superman hold and 8+8 MB wall slams (these are horrid).
