New sesh thanks to the students, and in good time was getting bored of the old one!! WU exercises, then main session was
3x5 BS (47.5 47.5, 50(!!!!!!!!!!)) :DDDDDDDD! the second squat in the set was the hardest but managed it YAYYY:). Then 3x3 vertical jumps- they were recording numbers so was a bit faffy and time consuming, I did 3 sets of box jumps and 2 sets of the vertical jumps because faff (21ish lol).
3x5 jump chin ups, then bailed to 3x8 body row- project pullup is on. Then 3 broad jumps (5.46m)
3x5+5 DB Bulgarian squats (5kg each), 20 MB slams.
3 sets of [8+8 plank row (7kg), 4+4 superman hold and 8+8 MB wall slams (these are horrid).
