“Driving back to Edi” although clutch went so have had a fun 4 hours at Keele Service station for the van to be recovered. Just so fed up of everything going wrong :(.

Went out with the full intention of doing a nice long ride but off the back of Hive this was never going to actually happen. Turned back about 3 miles past Penicuik as it decided to pour down with rain?!

Normal. Felt good, unlike the run later. Squats at 52.5 quite happily :). Core circuit forever death.

Dodge knee being very very dodge, felt sorry for myself and had a little sit down on Whinney, before running back and eating chocolate rather than making up the run with some AJ :(. WHY.

Absolutely crashed about 4pm yesterday, was trying to sleep from 8.45- think I got to sleep between 11-12. Was meant to be a run day, but think being over sensible right now wont cause any harm- think Sunday took a lot more out of me than hoped.
