Cobbler, Ben Ime and Ben Nainairn from Succoth with Trina 10/10 would recommend, was amazing. Nice gentle ascent up the valley (felt Swiss!), then a tough climb up to the Cobbler. Across to B.I- tough gradual climb. The climb up B.N was nice, and we descended from it very slowly (it was tehcnical and was getting tired by this point). SUCH a fun day out :) Day off tomorrow and an easy week anyway as Snowdon Uphill Friday night!!

Eildon, 5th overall 1st lady and course record (prev was 4022 by Louise Mercer). Abso death!!! Felt awful the whole way. Was just behind Gav.B the whole way till the last peak and ahead of Leutch then would have had him and been sub 39 if I’d taken the slope rather than using the stairs near the end :(. Feel stupidly disappointed because I couldn’t run the whole climb (heather/scree) and legs felt heavy.
Also worth noting abso crashed right now (8pm), and sore head

Felt strong :) Mobility Backward lunge 35kg + MB walks OH press 15kg + 6 walking press-ups Box jumps, SL box jumps up and down, some simple hopping ladder stuff- excited to see these improve espec in left leg Plank row, jump press and leg raises
Mobility Squats (actually failed 52.5kg which is usually easy, so 50), deadlift + monsterbands, pressups + KB swings Core rollouts, plank push and RT.
When I woke up I wasn't feeling training at all and legs felt tired/sore, and then when I failed the squats I decided a day off was the only option. Run tomorrow!
