Close to Dove Crag n back.
Dark and cold to begin with, and the sheeps eyes were freaking me out. Glorious sunrise though. Followed by the busiest day at work :(.
Left side not loving me- calf and foot tight. Looking forward to speaking to a pod about it on Wednesday.

30km. Bit worried about starting off in the dark but it got light pretty quickly with a beautiful sunrise.. craving a long ride but workkkkkkkkkkk. Deffo beginning to feel like winter- gloves and buff and full trousers needed !

Old Man- Brim Fell- Swirl How- Black Sail- Wetherlam with Tim.
Lovely route! Loved the ascent up Old Man (40mins from car on Old Furness Road), bit chilly but lovely flat running across the ridge to Swirl followed by very very slow descending. Would do again :).

With Tim. From New Dungeon Ghyll hotel- Stickle Tarn- bypassed Thunacar Knott and to Sergeant Man before coming back down. Pleased to get up a little height despite the storm, but meant I wasn't too bothered about getting more peaks and happy to come down again. Nice enough :)
