Note

Appt with Jacob T as Hazel is away until 5th March about knee.
Maaaaaan he went in there it was sooooo painful... hip unlocked, adductor striped and hamstrings/quads. So sore lol

52km, 990m Grizedale loop plus extension of Hawkshead Hill and through Coniston.
Started off very cold, had to put another layer on (3 degrees), but within the hour it was in double figures and I was in a tshirt. Lots of undulating hills. Glorious, love living here.
