running 1:15:00 [2] 8.0 km (9:23 / km) +300m 7:54 / km

jog to/from start, and the blue at Hampsfell. Got soooo lost a 3 and 7, so much fun !!!!!!!!!!!!!! need to do more o'ing again as its just brill. felt fab running but being very careful on the rocks, and felt very unfit on the open fell! happy :)

35k, 1350m , the 3 way Struggle....
Have always wanted to do this!!! Up the Struggle, down to Hartsop, back up to the pub, down into Windermere (turned at the school), and back up Kirkstone Pass before back down the struggle. So much fun and really enjoyed- the ups more than the downs. Didnt enjoy dodging all the idiots focussing more on the hound racing that was happening up the valley rather than me on the road on Kirkstone.
Felt strong the first two climbs (26' up the struggle), the last one was just survival.
