To and from Stickle Tarn to do Bowfell, Esk Pike and Rossett Pike (3.5h, 15k, 1050m). Was a bit scary up Bowfell and to Esk Pike as I couldn’t see beyond 5m, it was very cold, no one else was about, and I kept losing the path, but once out of the clag it was enjoyable.

1.5h appt with Louisa (BAth physio).
Big screening and testing sesh, followed by some cranial work (weird but it realeases the neurons!), work on releasing the hip and the foot. Given a few very very basic exercises to do so my feet can feel the ground again, and get basic movement foundations down right at the start of my build up again.

A quick ride out from keswick to the top of Honister and back (didn’t realise that I was doing the pass at the time of climbing lol...). Would have loved to have gone on for a couple more hours round Buttermere but this was between physio and a talk at the British Athletics Mountain camp so no more time :(. Great day though :)

Didn’t sleep at all last night so v tired, also A591 completely shut due to a serious accident tonight and all diversion over the struggle is gridlock, so can’t get to the gym. 30 min yoga and 20 rollling instead
