Up Coniston “hard”- fine until the very end steep part. Very hot and lots of tourists. Happy with that, felt a bit heavy but (36min10 from road car park in coniston town itself, up the valley to the main track as a ref). Jog/ walk down.
Could have been up there all day, but was sensible.

loughrigg score event, 9 controls. Spent some time looking for the actual controls as some were missing, and got lost at 12 as in the way I thought I was going to 16 and got soooo confused lol. Felt good running :)))))))
