8x~700m loops (~3.50min efforts, 1 min jog) at the back of the campsite in Germany. Some flat, some up and some down in each loop. Died on the 7/8th rep but pre brekkie and very early so expected. Another 8h drive ahead to Austria today.

Easy round the MTB “trails” pre brekkie. Rain felt nice and felt good and like I could run for much longer.. Day of <8h travelling ahead !

Note

Flying to Amsterdam tomorrow for a few days at Alwins house, before joining his family for their caravan tour of Austria for 2 weeks! V excited and hope to have a good balance of running (hopefully up high mountains!), a bit of cycling and some hiking along with enjoying the holiday. Hours will be down but looking forward to 3 weeks of no sessions on the cross trainer!! :)
