Großglockner hike with Al
Wouldn’t normally log hiking but this started at 1900m, powerhiking with Al up to 2500m (1h15) to the hut, then a bit of a scramble up to 3200m (Luisenkopf) Then we jogged all the way down soooo thought it was totally legit to log! (40mins down)

4.2km, all the climb, 25% gradient the way up was pretty hard pre food, just having woke up, and after yesterday’s effort. Was fun though :)

Back from the swimming pool to Kramsach campsite. Happy to get back on the bike again but itching to get out for a long one/climbing. Have to work with family activities though!
Looking forward to a big climb running tomorrow!
