Lakeland Country Fair- Coniston from Torver.
Was super fun :)! Claggy and very very windy at the top- started heading off in the wrong direction from the top but luckily realised. Very solo run the whole way so didnt really push myself. Also really not sure about the way down at all and could have gone faster if I had confidence, let a man catch me up on the path back so I could follow him lol.

Oh so tough. Way behind Nic and Hannah on the climb out but alright back down the gradual descent. Felt like poo but it’s that time of the month so wasn’t expecting to feel great... but still a little confused why I’m sooooo far off the top girls at the moment :(
