A little bash out from Bampton to Pooley Bridge and back again, collected mum, and spinned out for an hour with her to Haweswater and back.
(1h 15/ 30km; 1h/15km). Was so lovely!
Very hot and feeling tired in the legs after yesterday, also not much sleep.

From Sadgill-> Grey Crag -> Tarn Crag -> Branstree -> Selside Pike and back down Gatescarth Pass. Felt like death but it was a lovely morning to plod along. Dodge hip horribly dodgy at the end.
Wouldnt recommend these WW's- too boggy, not exciting and accessed from a horrible long narrow road.

4h hike (10k, 700m) with mum up Mardale Ill Bell and High Street. Very hot and tired by the end, but what a day to spend in the fells!!!

Horrible day to end a horrible week at work, it’s so so busy and we had 7(!!!!!) staff call in “sick” so. Couldn’t sleep last night so sacked off this mornings training.

Nice to find a grassy place to do a session but it was SOOOOOO muddy, very very wet and windy! Also the cows got in the way near the end so stuck near the bottom.. felt surprisingly alright considering how tiring work is!
Also nice that these are feeling much easier + faster than a few months ago :D

Post work. One rep up the struggle, (23.14)- wanted to do another but my bike definitely is not put back together right (I followed YouTube videos)... felt like the handlebars were going to fall off and gears kept slipping so just went to Grasmere and back.

Easy Brunt Knott and Potter Fell with Nat and Trina. Haven’t seen Nat for at least 3 years so was so buzzing!! Nice to do a nice little easy run, finished by cake. Also my first time running 3 days in a row for a few years too! Buzzzz
