Vertical KM
Nope. Hip okay as dosed up on ibu. But just couldn’t run after the road crossing, and I can’t walk fast. Didn’t really enjoy it cos I was just clock watching the whole time knowing how much slower I am compared to last time (10mins!!!). Just don’t know what to do.
Hip now sore so I think I’ll just going to stop training and pull out of the relays and try and come up with a plan over winter to get me flying again ...

Hip feels different than when I saw her Friday, and she didnt have to needle it. Fingers crossed I hold together this weekend.
