Note

Appt with Hazel. She looked at me running and did some movement testing. My pelvis and hips tip a lot meaning my leg has to swing its way around the other leg. . Also my left leg is a lot lot weaker- I had nothing when she asked me to push against her hand as I was lying on my side. She's given me a lot of hip exercises to do. I've been told to run on alternate days (20-30 mins, with some 'strides' in the run where I really focus on lifting the body up, and trying to open the knees out). The other days I can do some biking or cross-training as long as I take it easy, and all this as long as I don't feel any worse pain in the hip. Anddddd I finally feel refreshed in the mind to do a bit !
Will see her next Monday.

Definitely feeling refreshed in the mind and ready to train again. Seeing Hazel tomorrow morning but hip feeling a lot better in work, will need to see if it’s okay training !
Have already pulled out of the Hodgson relays, hopefully good enough for the British...
