Note

1 hr walk up Grike and Crag Hill after, the most westerly wainwrights and the furthest away from Ambleside so couldnt not- especially as I was basically parked the closest you could be to Grike.

Copeland Chase, 2h.
Glad I only chose the 2h, because by 1.30h I was bonking a little, not focusing on the map at all (making many mistakes after this time) and struggling to move at all fast to the finish to try and get in under 2h (1.14min over oops). How would I ever be able to race the long fell races??
Really enjoyed it though, think my route was pretty good, and managed to slightly divert over the top of Lank Rigg to bag that Wainwright :').

First go on the new turbo.
Not really sure how zwift works so just steady trying to figure it out (still haven’t haha). But got nice n sweaty and enjoyed it !! Looking forward to getting it sorted !

Parlauf around Fishermead: 12 mins in a pair swapping hard 90-100s ish loops (me vs Antonia anyway..we did 4 loops in the time), recov whilst the other ran. Was fun!
Cool down to the Doctors then back home after that!
