Hardknott, Harter Fell and Green Crag from the bottom of Hardknott pass (I didn't drive over Wrynose and Hardknott, was a long drive around!).
With Antonia, got a bit lost on Hardknott (my fault, didnt have the map out and just relying on the phone...). Was fun :D

Not up Clough Head (Kong bad weather route)- 7th
Okaaaay. Really a battle of survival to keep running upwards (4th at the top), one horrible rocky descenty bit where I lost quite a few places and walked a bit, then trying really hard on the road to make it back up again. Still couldnt quite catch Sophie up again (2s). A good 2 mins slower than Scout to the top, and 2 down.

AAC track (dirt 300m).

Wanted to try this session out for ages and I’m so happy I’m in a place where I can do 2 sessions this week (and a race Saturday). Obviously will not happen again but reallyyy enjoyed trying to run fast, so will have to pick between this and Kenyans/hills on Tuesday. I know I’m strong uphill but really lacking any speed so this would help me more I think...

3 x 1 (1.5 off), 2 x 2 (2 off), 2 x 3 (3 off), 2 x 2 (2 off), 2 x 1 (1.5 off). With 3k up and ~1.5k down. Legs started hating me on the second lot of 2s but happy enough :). This’ll hurt tomorrow!

8 hills of Ambleside with AAC. So grim because I had no idea of what the efforts were so trying to run hard for a unknown time was just grim (about 1-2.5min efforts). Also grim weather.
Got told that my right leg was doing something wiggly and that put me off the whole run too!
