Early morning very slow plod with Hannah, ticking off Great Carrs, Grey Friar and Cold Pike from the bottom of Langdale Pass. Nice for us both to be out as Hannah has been ill and with my hip problems (which felt great- Hazel is magic), we were both super happy to be out on the snowy sunny fells even if we did walk a lot of it! So so great.

Didnt want to do anything crazy although it was such a nice day, hip feeling much better so went for a little plod on some new wainwrights (drove to Binsey). No problem at all in the legs (Hazel is a lifesaver!!!), but feeling very sluggish and had to walk some of the hills. Lovely :D (#169).

Saw Hazel after work. Some fascial release and then deeper stuff + acu around hip, all felt very sore and sticky. Already felt a bit easier at work today so feeling confident I'll be okay soon enough. Have an appt with her Monday regardless.

Dodgy quad again (cannot rage, its the first thing that goes if I’ve overstepped it a bit, which I did last week), so taking it easy until it stops panging. Also head torch died so had to hold my bike light). Still enjoyable though
