Wimbledon Common ParkRun. So so so muddy... felt like total warrior at times and finished absolutely covered in mud- so fun! Happy with the time considering!

Did this dec 3rd and did 4 laps + part way up the hill per rep, and this time I was getting all the way up the hill. Progress!
Quad a bit sticky but that’s normal tbh..

Core circuit
Massage with Hazel (hip..). Gave me a bit of confidence about my poor performance on Sat may have been due to the antibiotics/ infection. I hope that’s the case !
