Carnethy 5. 8th.
Just couldn’t move. Walked all the ups, battled at the top to stand, got down the downs. Very disappointed with how shite I felt going up every hill...but happy to finish it for the first time in 6 years of attempting to do it! Still not sure why I feel/am so unfit tbh!

Didn’t feel up for this before, and didn’t feel up to it during but got it done.
AAC 7x 1.5min hill up Nook lane (starting at the house, finishing by or slightly further than the green bin), 3 min recovery.. Very much had to remind myself to keep moving the whole session. Was meant to be 10 but with Carnethy at the weekend and feeling mehhh 7 was enough!
