Esk Hause from Langdale and back with Antonia. Neither of us were too keen to get up any higher or faff around with nav in the clag so just out and back. Feeling like a big pile of poop but v enjoyable and Antonia running very well :)

Ran back from Windermere after dropping the van off at the garage. Went up to the Wansfell Jenkins path from Brockhole. Felt like I've never run before, that was hard work! Was a bit nervy on all the wet rocks.
