Lovelyyyy FTP workout. Felt pretty good actually, could do 100% values. Obsessed with all things to do with cycling atm...
On a side note have finished all 3 needed assignments so had an enjoyable day not looking at the laptop at work and hopefully can get out for a real ride this weekend !
