Nab Scar, Silverhowe, Loughrigg with Hannah. So nice to catch up, and a lovely route that takes in lots of limb without going on the high fells, perfect for days where its -1 without wind chill!
Left shin feeling a bit sore, and still feeling very ploddy.

Windy chatty plod with Chloe up the Wansfell farm track.
Still feeling pretty sore despite not really feeling like I deserve it, specifically calves, feet, back and glutes (and the rest of it).

Kenyan 3x8 mins (3mins) on Fisherbeck loop with Antonia, although not really cos she was way gone. 4 and a little laps, used to manage up to the top of the hill this time last year...........bleugh, meh.
