Feeling very deflated tbh!
Just another injury that’s taken far too long to heal and will set me back to 0 again. Another write off year. All I want is to be able to have fun in the mountains :(:(.

Weather too bad for the full route which isn’t the worst thing in my case, will definitely need to come back when weather/body okay!!
Ankle proper strapped up so wasn’t going anywhere but still took it carefully. Actually don’t think I could have gone any quicker if I wanted to…was just so nervous of going over on it. Going to take me a long time to come back to ever being able to do that kind of terrain fast ish again….
Felt it a bit on the last minute run on track to finish (the only bit I properly ran). Bleugh…:((((
No worse for wear now though and very much needed to be briefly in the hills

Saw Grace re ankle.
Still lots of swelling there and got a bit (very) painful recently.
She advised not to do Two Mamores but my mind is needing me to. Think I will do it but have to accept I’ll be in a bit of pain …..
