| Took it easy today because of right calf and because Wednesday heart was skipping a bit during lunch and through the afternoon. |

| Ran on the indoor track and both my shins definitely felt it. I don't know why they didn't cover the track in the more typical track surface. Actually I do know why durability leading to expense. A slightly rubberized surface over concrete just doesn't cut it compared to the softness of regular track surfaces. |

| Attempted to do some more time on the Treadmill after running on the indoor track but my right calf cramped/pulled within 30 seconds of starting. Stopped and did my streching and then tried to work on the knot with a medicine ball. I've had a few calf strains in the past month or 2 but they usually respond to a day or 2 of alternate exercise instead of running. Hopefully that will be the case this time as well. |
