Right thigh starting to get a little numb at the end.
Cross Training (Elliptical Trainer) 20:00 [3]
Note
Took it easy today because of right calf and because Wednesday heart was skipping a bit during lunch and through the afternoon.

Wednesday Mar 22

Cross Training (Stationary Bike - Warmup) 10:00 [2]
Running (Indoor Track) 10:00 [3]
Ran on the indoor track and both my shins definitely felt it. I don't know why they didn't cover the track in the more typical track surface. Actually I do know why durability leading to expense. A slightly rubberized surface over concrete just doesn't cut it compared to the softness of regular track surfaces.

Attempted to do some more time on the Treadmill after running on the indoor track but my right calf cramped/pulled within 30 seconds of starting. Stopped and did my streching and then tried to work on the knot with a medicine ball. I've had a few calf strains in the past month or 2 but they usually respond to a day or 2 of alternate exercise instead of running. Hopefully that will be the case this time as well.
