Had skipped beats probably PVCs through out the afternoon yesterday. Didn't notice any today until I walked up the stairs to the stationary bike. Then I seemed to notice harder beats and catches while I was working out. Verified that there were skipped beats by checking my pulse for a minute before the circuit training, probably about 3 to 4 a minute but not too noticeable. Skipped beats seemed to subside or not be noticed during the circuit training but sitting in the locker room prior to showering had about 2 to 3 per minute but not strong and not too noticeable.
